Vough Posted April 17, 2011 Report Share Posted April 17, 2011 Cosmic Blazar- Change its "Once per turn, you negate the destruction of a card." to "Once per turn, when a card would be destroyed by battle, or card effect, it is not destroyed." Also, add the RFP to negate attacks: "When an opponent's monster is selected as an attack target, you can select it, and remove from play this card to negate that attack. During the End Phase, Special Summon this card that was removed from play by this effect." Also, I think you should change its last effect to, "When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon on Dragon-type Synchro monster from your Graveyard." [/quote] I made it like Halberd Cannon to be realistic, since it is the only Delta around. You do have a point about the last effect though. [/quote] No. Cosmic Blazar Dragon is the Delta Accel Synchro version of Stardust Dragon. Z-ONE's computer readout confirms it. Shooting Quasar Dragon was given to Yusei by his father after Z-ONE's interference in the timeline; Z-ONE specifically states that he has never heard of "Limit Over Accel Synchro". OCG Fix. Examination: Picture: Not very original, but you already said that, so 7/10. Effect: Traditional spin of Stardust's original effect, kinda like the /Assault mode, but better, 9/10. ATK/DEF: Perhaps make it have an ATK/DEF boost, as Red Nova Dragon could easily surpass this, 6/10. Balance: Perhaps a liitle underpowered with the ATK/DEF, but otherwise very nice, 8/10.
