Toffee. Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 I always liked the concept to this card, and how it turns things like Compulsory into a much more effective card. Maybe add a D.D. Dynamite... XD If Penguins ever get a tuner then the world might end... But if Mist Valley ever become tier 1, this will be the main way to lock them out...
