Lore: This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 Machine Type Monster card from your Hand to the Graveyard and removing it from play. Once per turn you can discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon 1 level 3 Machine-Type monster from your deck.

This is my very first card
It probably has OCG problems, if there is any please fix.
Other than that tell me what you think

unless you wanted to send the onster to the graveyard then removing it from play if so:
