First, I'd suggest that you stay with 40 cards in your deck.

Then, I'd read the deck builddong FAQ, in this section. Its stickied, you'll find it easily.

Also, some cards in decks are forbidden. Also in this section, you'll find the March 2011 list. Forbidden cards can't be used in a deck, you can only use one limited card and two semi limited cards.
