When this card is activated, collect all cards on the field and in both players' hands and Graveyards and remove them from play. The turn is then ended.

Workin i a remove from play Deck. Not bad for a first poster, i think it's Good actually. B)

I never did understand why people consider cards like this to be overpowered. It's restarting the duel, not guaranteeing a win.

Uuuh, think about this.

They have everything going for them
You use this
They are screwed
You proceed to slaughter.

So, how about Fiber Jar? Cyber Jar? Etc.?

Should Dark Hole be unlimited?

There are times I wish it was, but I see your point. I don't see you suggesting a drawback though.
