Blake
Horribly, horribly overpowered. I mean, unless you add a ridiculous cost, this is insanity. It is a nuke that is not even destruction to be negated, and screws people over, completely. 0/
MibeR
Sorry but i not watching it carefully. So, this is clearing all cards in players. I rechecked my word and would say No. Unless you add some drawback. Even with high cost drawback. Removing from play is just the way too awesome.. It's restarting the duel, not guaranteeing a win.

Blake
I don't see a way to fix it. As I initially said, any drawback would be avsolutely ridiculous, to make it at all balanced.
