So here is my take on what they need, a Tuner monster! Rate and comments will be greeted with +rep [img]http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/1365/315901i.jpg[/img] This cards ATK and DEF is equal to its level x200. During each of your Standby Phases, increase the level of this card by 1. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a 'Fortune Lady' monster increase the level of this card by 2. A support card Supports the effects of other card's in that archetype be either helping the swarm, protect, or help activate effects. And there are other examples. Think about Fortune Lady Wind. Anyways, I like the card. It is a nice variable tuner for the Sexy Ladies, and they need something to give them a little extra push. OCG: This cards ATK and DEF are equal to its level x200. During each of your Standby Phases, increase the lLevel of this card by 1. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Fortune Lady" monster, increase the level of this card by 2.
