I seem to recall being of the belief Halberd was pathetically underwhelming. Hyper Librarian is the only GOOD Tech Genus. Eh, I don't think most of those are "overrated", mostly because I dont see people praising half of them. Tengu is cool, but not the greatest thing to ever exist. Trishula is epic, but the balancing factor hits it hard enough. Doppelwarrior.dek is awesome! QuasarSynchron.dek is evidently a varient, and I use that... Blue Rose is meh. They're amazing, even with their subpar effects, some requiring decks or strategies to function best. Except Aero Shark, that still sucks horribly. Well, from what I've discovered so far, Exceeds have extraordinary potential, and once more support is given, they'll definitely be a staple in the game, like Synchros. The fact they're so good even when they're mediocre, especially in their infant stage, actually worries me. I'm hoping Konami makes them less generic, otherwise it'll be Synchros all over again.
