@SoulReaper

can I suggest you change your Custom Cards name from "Blue Eyes Empire Dragon" to "Blue Eyes Imperial Dragon"? Empire, a noun, doesn't have the same effect as Imperial, an adjective. Also, "Blue Eyes Whte Dragon". White is an adjective.

OCG Fix (Use this):1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.
Once per turn you can Special Summon 1 "Blue Eyes" monster.

Character Name: Xavier Thelonious
Character Gender: Male
Age: 24
Bio: Xavier did not have a particularly rough childhood--born into a fairly wealthy family in New Domino City, receiving a good education, and in the public eye being a generally amiable kid, a smooth talker and a good but not great duelist. This was in the public eye. In the private eye, Xavier was an ambitious monster, a power-seeker of the highest caliber. He was the sort of person who would set a garden on fire to watch the fear in peoples' eyes as they ran for the hose. Xavier was an extremely close follower of the work of one Kalin Kessler, and is similarly extremely outspoken in matters of trust and betrayal. In recent years, Xavier has taken work as a statistician, of all things, in the heart of New Domino City--but he moonlights as an avid street Duelist, always trying to up his game. Xavier jumped at the chance to snatch Academia Island--the opportunity to show those whiney brats what true power was made of, that it's not just a title you're given by a fat, lazy fool, was too good to pass up. Furthermore, with a sufficient piece of property in his name, Xavier would have the opportunity to start teaching disciples, to spread his glorious message to the world. But in the meantime, Xavier waits in the shadows, silently rebuilding his Deck.
Best cards in deck: Emperor Fiend Behemoth, Supreme Arcanite Magician, and to a lesser extent, Chaos King Archfiend
Deck Type: Xavier's deck is all about control--specifically, monster control. He accomplishes this through use of cards that snatch away his opponent's monsters like Dark Necrofear and Volcanic Queen, and through an archetype of cards known as the Wandering Spirit monsters, a mix of Fiends and Spellcasters that inhibit the opponent's game only when they are on the opponent's side of the field.
Student or Non Student: Non Student
Appearance: Xavier is short and skinny--he occupies very little space for a person of his age, and he seems to radiate this aura of calm collection masking his true insanity. He is very pale, with dark brown eyes and disheveled brown hair that's almost shoulder-length, but not quite. He wears a grey jacket on most days, even sunny ones, and would never be caught dead in shorts, his usual attire being a dark colored t-shirt and black corduroy pants. The only noticeable oddity is the black bowler hat he sometimes wears because he believes it makes him look more stern and imposing.
