I'm not too sure about the OCG on this one, so I will need a hand. Please comment and Rate!

Lore: 2 Level 1 monsters.
Once per turn, you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster from this card and Special Summon it to your opponents side of the field. That monster cannot be Tributed or used as Synchro, Fusion or Exceed Material. During each of your Stanby Phases, inflict damage to your opponents Life Points equal to the Exceed Material Monsters ATK. If this card has no Exceed Material Monsters, during each of your Standby Phases, inflict damage to your Life Points equal to this cards ATK.

Quite an interesting card. A Creature Swap without gaining anything yet the monster "swapped" is useless to your Opponent and unless they can ram the "swapped" monster or use something like Black Hole, they will be taking damage during each of your Standby Phase. However I still think it is UPed as the "swapped" monster is level 1 so the damage-inflicting effect would never do any real damage. Unless you add an effect like "Once per turn, place 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your graveyard on this card as an Exceed Material Monster. You cannot attack with this card the turn you activate this effect". You don't have to add it but if you add it or something similar, it would balance it out. If not, boost the ATK to 1300 so it can destroy the newly summoned monster. 9/10 Like the pic, no OCG errors, just balance it and it'll be 10/10.

GLaDOS there has a good point. You would probably end up taking more damage than your opponent once you used both exceed materials, although I wouldn't go so far as to say you can use monsters from your graveyard. That would just be asking to fill their field full of useless monsters. But overall, this is a really cool card.

No mean to gravedig but, the way the card was worded could make this card pretty hax rather than just Underpowered.

As long as you give them just one monster, buff up its attack points with plenty of equip cards or the like, after all it isn't its "original" ATK. If you get its attack points up enough, all you have to do is end your turn and it's game. Their standby phase comes along and they take all of that damage.

If they do get a turn to attack with it, that changes things but that's what cards that can't be destroyed by battle are for, and as long as you have a decent defense there shouldn't be any problem. Again, just end your turn after that and they take double whatever massive attack the card already had in the first place.
