I know your reading this. If you had the curiosity to click this thread, might as well leave a post / review, no? If you like this archetype, you should show your appreciation on how much you like this archetype (if you do) by giving me some positive reps saying how much you like the archetype and maybe why you like it :) It'd be really, really appreciated. I am willing to give positive reps in return as well for your reviews on this archetype.

Well. This is one of my many Archetypes called the WY Trilogy. The WY Trilogy are a DARK, LIGHT, and EARTH Attributed Archetype, with majority of their monsters being the Spellcaster and Warrior Type. The WY Trilogy is based on what Chaos Decks have (in my opinion) have always been based on. LIGHT and DARK monsters, along with removing cards from play. The DARK part of the Trilogy, Yin, will have a more offensive feel to their effects, focusing on your opponent's field and some of their other places. The LIGHT part of the Trilogy, Yang, will have a more defensive feel, focusing on your field and other places as well. The EARTH part of the Trilogy, Wuji, will focus on both players, and will mainly focus on their hand and Deck. Their looks vary, but all resemble in a way. Warriors, Spellcasters, you'll see what I mean later on. Chaos has always been a favorite concept of mine, and I hope this Archetype will show what Chaos truly is.

So, without further ado, I present....

~ The ~ WY ~ Trilogy ~
There was an ancient folklore about two people, Yin and Yang. Both were brothers, and twins as well. The two did everything together, raised by their teacher, Wuji. They had the choices to be either trained in the class of a Warrior, or a Spellcaster. Yin had chosen to become a Spellcaster, yet Yang had chosen to become a Warrior, like Wuji. This was the first decision both brothers did not choose together. Over the years, both had become very skilled in their class. However, over the years, things between the two had started to change.

The two brothers started to constantly fight each other. At first, it was just for laughs and training, but now, they would fight over the simplest, and stupidest of things. The two started training their own apprentices, getting ready to have a battle royal between the two, and of course, to the death. Their teacher Wuji did his best to stop the constant fighting, but everything he has done had not worked, and failed, sometimes making matters even worse. The two brothers finally left their separate ways, leaving their teacher to fend off for themselves, and their apprentice, in the world outside of where they used to live.

One day, the two brothers finally crossed roads, and met once again. The two have fully grown, and have matured. Their anger towards each other however, has changed in the worst of ways. As soon as their eyes met, they charged head on at each other, starting the battle royal that should have never have happened between the two in the first place. Right before the battle however, Wuji appeared in the middle of them, pushing them both back. He too now had years of anger in him towards them, for he couldn't stand how this could have happened. The battle royal has now begun. What had happened between the three that day? We will never know.

This card returns to it's owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it was Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is removed from the field by it's own effect, remove 1 random card in your opponent's hand until your opponent's End Phase. The card is not returned to your opponent's hand if you control a face-up "Wuji" monster during their End Phase.

Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Yin", "Yang", or "Wuji" monster from your hand or Graveyard, to Special Summon 1 monster with the declared name and with a Level equal to or lower then it from your Deck or hand. The Summoning of monsters by this effect cannot be negated by your opponent, except by the cost of removing a card from the top of their Deck or hand from play, depending on where the monster was Special Summoned from. When this card is removed from the field, declare "Yin", "Yang", or "Wuji". Remove from play 1 card on the field for every monster in your removed from play zone with the declared name. You can remove from play this card from the field for the cost of 3000 Life Points.

Wuji's Spiritual Pet>>I Prefer to not have another Wuji monster, cause if like that. This card would be unuseful. Furthermore, the ATK is too low.

The WY Trilogy's Domicile>>You can remove from play this card from the field at the cost of 3000 Life Points. This one have very major

special summon ability. Oh i get it, you can sacrifice monster from graveyard to destroy the opponent's hand. it's interesting, can't wait you

finished this one AoS, because your 2 other Arche are very Great :D

How would it become unuseful? It would in my opinion, be more useful do to the permanent removal. I'm willing to make it at least 800.

Both of them are useful cards for this archetype but I feel the pet is a watered down Jester Confetti, I think this card would be better if it had some special summon ability on its own.
I wouldn't say this is a watered down version of Jester Confit, only because Jester Confit although can Special Summon itself, is slower, giving your opponent the chance to counter it's effect before it happens. Wuji's Spiritual Effect with happening during your End Phase instead of your opponents, limits your opponents moves to counter it much more. Not to mention this removes from play the opposing card not on the field, but in the hand, AND can be permanent. However, I do appreciate your review, so a rep goes to you.

It says it doesn't return to your opponent's hand if there is a Wuji monster, but Sprit monsters don't return to your opponent's hand. I like the story. Keep it up.
You must have misread there. The card when removed from the field, lets you remove 1 card from your opponent's hand at random (hence being a Spirit makes this fairly easy to use), correct? Well by default this is only temporary removal of the random card, returning to your opponent's hand during their End Phase, however, if at the time they would have it returned you control a Wuji monster, it is instead kept removed from play. However, I do appreciate your review, so a rep goes to you.

I hope all of you who have commented will continue commenting until this Archetype comes to a very end. Also, I do so apologize for not being active in the Club for quite some time. Real Life has finally caught up to me with homework and whatnot. Once again, do so apologize.

it is good to see you again, Anbu

now I can finally rate yours

well so far your Spiritual Pet is very balanced out, but I guess I don't see its potential just yet

Looks like the rest of your cards need to be seen before I can understand it all

but to encourage you to keep going, I'll give you 9.2/10

Yup. I plan on giving the Archetype fair swarming balance when it comes to Wuji's, just so it won't be too abusable.

True.

but to encourage you to keep going, I'll give you 9.2/10
Thank you for the encouragement and rating.

do you know where HP Doom and Jazin got those pics from?
Sadly, not so sure, just in their Archive. Pretty sure Jazin gets all of his from Pixiv though, and HP Doom gets his Renders then adds the backgrounds and whatnot.

I hope the two brothers can work things out again. Especially their sensei, Wuji. Anyways, keep it going, dude. Loving the story and the concept. ^-^

Why thank you.

I've been procrastinating lately, so I've hadn't find the time to go on YCM that much and do stuff. This thread should be at least on page 3 if it weren't for my laziness >.> Also, +Rep.
