Kato_Zenamara
What do Ra, Obelisk, and Malefic Truth have to do with this? Are you comparing their effects and playability to it? Lets not forget that they were heavily limited upon their TCG/OCG release from their original effects, and yes, they are all legal cards and can be played in tournaments. This card, however, is simply far too radical. Its obvious that you just threw in all these "limiter" effects to make it seem like this card could actually be played. 1) You activate Shinning Darkness. Now, lets go over its effect. You "can send all cards that are removed from play in both graveyards and take damage equal tot he number of returned cards x100". Now, why would you want to do that? And then you can remove from play the top 10 cards from your graveyard to gain 1800 life points? These effects are just so... the word is either radical or useless. Theres absolutely no reason you'd use them. 2) Kur Ghot is SOOO OP'ed its not even funny. All you have to do is have the spell on the field and its essentially an insta-win. Removing from play 10 cards from your graveyard and the top 10 from your deck is a ridiculously insane cost, but its nothing. Thats half your deck, so chances are you'll deck out soon after, but it gives you a 5000 ATK monster immune to EVERYTHING. I can see where Shinning Darkness's self-damaging effect could help with not decking out, but like I've said, its simply too radical. Even the EGYPTIAN GOD CARDS would be easier to kill than this. If you summon Ra, you're left with absolutely no life points, and its easy to kill if you have a decent trap card. Obelisk can be killed by traps that don't target, and so can Malefic Truth. What you have here is essentially a middle finger to those cards, with "haha I have more ATK and I'm SOOOO much easier to get out".

Kato_Zenamara
Better. I'm just not big on the whole "immune to everything" effect, although since its not a rapestick anymore I suppose its much better, since it only lasts until the end phase. I approve of it, but lets get another opinion to maximize its effectiveness.
Nathanael D. Striker
I say that it won't be used. Even with all the benefits, the cost is way too high. Sorry but please try again.
DARKPLANT RISING
during your End Phase you can send the top 10 cards of your Deck to increase you life Points by 1000.
Let's see, you first need to learn on English, but assuming they mill, this would be bannable.
Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
darkplant the use of shinning darkness of kur ghot and wing dragon of kur ghot work together you have the choice of during your End Phase you can send the top 10 cards of your Deck to increase you life Points by 1000. but you forgot the first effect of shinning darkness of kur ghot During you End Phase you can send all cards that are removed from play and both Graveyard to thier owners respective Deck then you lose Life Points equal to every card sent to the thier owner respective Deck by this card's effect X 100 (This is not Optional). (This is not Optional) mean this forces you to pay and this can be use agaist you so both go hand and hand together
DARKPLANT RISING
I'm not really sure on this part, but I'm pretty sure the effects work in written order, so you throw everything into your deck, and then mill. Even so 2000 LP is nothing, so it's still a plus. And I'm saying that in the meta, cards that apply "mill" (send cards from your deck to the Graveyard" upon yourself are overall highly used. Generic Lightsworns like Ryko and Lyla, Card Trooper, those are all considered having high potential. Glow-Up Bulb, Spore, Dandylion, Plaguespreader Zombie, Chaos Sorcerer, Destiny Hero - Malicious, Pot of Avarice, Rekindling, Dark Armed Dragon, etc, etc, etc... Many things tag along with cards that mill yourself. Not just that, milling promotes less dead draws and has a tendacy of giving yourself free +1's. Even cards like Needlebug Nest are commonly ran in some decks. You'll never get why, but we localized people do. My point is that while you said the two cards "work together", in fact the Spell Card is hideously overpowered on its own. Any Lightsworn deck activates it, it means "Win the duel". A storm of Wulfs and JDs coming your way. OH MY GOD IT'S SO BALANCED AND STUFF LOLOLOLOL In short, my idea is to change it to "RFP'ing the top 5 cards of your deck" or something and alter the dragon so it fits.
