This monster can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon (from the Extra Deck). When this card is Special Summoned, send all other face-up monsters on the field to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 card you control to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect, and destroy that card. I would like to say, very nice card KuramonX. Very balanced effect IMO, I like last part of the effect here: "This card can attack all monster your opponent controls once each."
The picture is very good for a Reptile type card, and I also used to use Gagagigo alot. SO that is some extra bump up rating from me. SO it is good, and my rating is:

Anyway, the OCG does look ok.
The img is very fitting.
But I really think it's ATK(/DEF) is just somewhat over the top. Imo 4000ish is more then enough considering its negation effect.

Also though this is not really OCG or a official rule, I'd prever if it wouldn't be a Lvl 12 as all excisting Lvl 12s are (half) godlike cards and though this is powerfull, it isn't nearly Godlike.

Anyway, overal I quite like this card as the "Gigo" series are awesome, but it has some ballance issues so a 8.8/10 should be ok.[/center]

This card isn't god-like? Are you kidding me? It destroys ALL face-up monsters on the field, has 4850 ATK, and can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each? And it can negate spells, traps, and effects? Whats NOT godly about that?

But seriously, I'd tone down the ATK and DEF... by a LOT. I wouldn't go above 4000 with it, since it pretty much is an impenetrable wall already. When you get this sucker out, its essentially a free 4850 direct attack, and thats just a bit overboard when coupled with everything else it does.

Anyway, good job here. But tone down the ATK and DEF to 4000 or below. Now it's just ridiculously high.

That should be more correct ocg. Anyway, change the ATK/DEF to 4000 or below and it will get a 9/10. For now, it gets a 8.5/10. Good job man
