Well, I think is kinda op'd... because it ATK is too high. You should up the cost to attack, remove the effect that the card can attack more than once per turn. You sohuld lower a bit the ATK or up the Level a bit... or put some effect that make this card do not inflict battle damage to opponent.

But is a nice idea for a card ^-^

"More than once", huh? So I pay 1000 LP to let my 3000ATK monster attack as many times as I want, as long as it's 2 or more?

Lower the ATK and/or increase the level, increase the LP cost and/or remove the multi-attack ability, change it to a Fairy (this is optional, I think it would fit better as a Fairy than a Warrior), ????, profit?

Level 4 or lower monsters should not have that much attack unless they have summoning restrictions or major downsides to their effect. Paying Life Points is not a major downside.
