When this Card is successfully Exceed Summoned, send the 2 Exceed Material Monsters to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Exceed Material Monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Extra Deck until the End Phase. During the End Phase the Special Summoned Monster returns to the Extra Deck.

K, so you made a Stardust who is a copy paste except for requiring 2 Lv. 4s and being an Exceed. Furthermore, he is not realistic, does not use materials.

Why do we need an Exceed version of Stardust?
We have a perfectly good Synchro version, and Level 8 Synchros are very easy to get out.

guys...guys.... pls...it's something new.... when the synchro monsters were new... all the members made synchro version of oldones... so tell me more about the the Exceed Materials and the Exceed monsters so I can correct this one!

I have seen some rather original Exceed Monsters. No remakes of old cards here, with a few exceptions, including yours.

Oh and OT: Cool that wou want to have Stardust in Exceed form but there are some reason why Stardust shall remain a Synchro...Shooting Star is one of thenm for example...

Look up exceed monsters on the wiki.

And even so, a copy/paste effect is not very original.
