ragnarok1945
easy tribute material but it's easily killed, so it should be fine for balance 8.4/

Ren✧
if this card was a Plant-Type It would be perfect for Lonefire Blossom. So maybe with DNA Surgery or is it DNA Transplant? Anyway it could be very useful for cards that need a Tribute for their effects or just for Summoning the Monarchs. I cannot wait for more.

~Shin~
Edit: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. So you can even SS 3 of it !!! that is an easy level 6-8 monster or a level 7-12 synchro. Limit it to 1 S-M Rising Star per turn. Edit: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Graveyard. The Special Summoned monster cannot attack the turn it was Special Summoned. When a DARK monster destroy this card by battle, you can remove this card in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 "Falling Star Warrior" from your Deck. The level 3 SS monster must be less useful. After that this card is alright.

ragnarok1945
so far the synchro looks just fine though I'm going to need the Falling Star Warrior to see if the last effect is worth it
Dharc
My problem is finding a picture for Falling Star Warrior, so I might just put a placeholder picture in the card and put the effect in there. Also, I edited the lores for the cards. I'll update the cards with the lores shortly.
ragnarok1945
well where did you get the Rising Star Warrior pic from?

ragnarok1945
for Rising Star Wolf, why the bottom of the deck? I'd have just put it back in the deck, then reshuffle, and that's enough for Falling Star warrior, the effect of "All battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent is doubled." is fine However, if that's the case and it has 2500 atk, you should also say it can't attack directly, otherwise it's too easy of a OTK set up 8.9/
Dharc
Well remember, Rising Star HAS to be destroyed by battle by a DARK monster to summon Falling Star, and since most cards are destroyed by card effects nowadays, I think it's rather balanced.
