Rank 3 Exceeds are awesome and the non-Aero Shark Exceeds Shark uses are epic. *pointedly looks at No. 17 Revise Dragon* Even if you don't need the effect, 2100 ATK is respectable and the negation effect is there if you need it. I'm inclined to think it'll come out in Photon Shockwave, because if it's Shark's card, it'll probably show up some time between episodes 10-14 of Zexal. They didn't release Hyper Librarian on Extreme Victory because they simply ran out of space. And I think Hyper Librarian was the card that mostly "fits" the promo status.
