Way to misread the effect Rag. It's not supposed to be "once per turn". It means that he can activate that effect during his turn [i]and[/i] during his opponent's turn, as much as he wants to.

Nothing else to say about the first card, other than its effect is copied from Gladiator Beast Heraklinos, other than the Phantom Beast discard requirement.

Second card is good.
