Personally, it seems most logical that a supreme being, such as FSM (in my religion) used his/her/its powers to create mankind as a method of developing this planet. Unfortunately we weren't a very good species, and in every religion including Pastafarianism, the supreme being is slowly getting angry at us and will wipe us all out - soon. However, I feel like FSM is more liberal when it comes to human screw-ups, since I remember reading a passage in the Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster that eternal doom will only fall upon us when we remove pasta from our diet. I don't see how any other view could be as logical as creationism, since there are a lot of holes in evolutionism, which is only a theory at best. I also find evolutionism hard to believe, and it's a blatant insult that you'd call me related to those... monkey things. Creationism is by far the most sensible proposal for the origin of existence, even to the point where creationism can be considered fact. Is that what you expect me to do when a Christian with extremist and radical views posts a thread about the origin of existence, obviously referring to the debate between evolutionism and creationism, and obviously supporting the latter due to his aforementioned beliefs? And I'm extremely offended that you find my Pastafarian views "not serious". I feel flamed, just like you did in... every other religious thread. It's a children's card game forum, lighten up. >.> No, you really don't want to hear it, because you are going to refute all of my points with faulty "logic" (I don't even if know if what you post can even be called logic), and you are going to deny a perfectly proven theory known as microevolution, and further deny an extremely probable theory known as macroevolution. And don't even bother saying I'm assuming that you will deny these two theories, since I've (unfortunately) been in threads with you before and know your views all too well. The only thing I can get you to give a legitimate response to is blatant sarcasm that oddly supports your standpoint, and your response was barely legitimate at best. And yeah, we could be a little more civil. Maybe if some of us had a bit more intelligence, we could actually hold one of these discussions somewhat well. And I don't care what forum we're on, if you want to post in a serious and intellectually-stimulated thread, don't debate like a two-year-old. Draco told everyone he wanted to reform the Debates section, and I hope he gets around to that sometime soon. I honestly can't deal with all of these threads being in General and having any old scrub post in them without making the least bit of sense. We don't need to be more civilized in our discussions; I'm being perfectly civil. I was barely flaming you, I haven't bypassed the censor in ages, what more do you want from me?
