my RAPAPA archetype, 4 monsters to help Exceeds dominate

My Rapapa archetype consists of 4 different level 4 LIGHT Tuner Machine-Type monsters.
Its purpose is to give support for both Exceed and Synchro monsters so it may be sort of overpowered...

so here they are:

The only broken one is puncher. I mean its beyond broken because its a tuner that keeps reviving itself. Think of it like this I have raider on the field and then I ss puncher then I use raiders eff to ss reborn tengu. Sync puncher and tengu get stardust. Tengu gets his eff then since I still have raider I just ss puncher again sync with tengu #2 and get something else. Tengu 2 gets tengu 3 and then I ss puncher sync again for something else and since I still have raider and 1600 is not a bad number of attack points I'll just summon him again. So I have five monsters on the field and three of them are level 8 synchros (which means I could easily have a scrap dragon and just use puncher to kill off something and ss him again.) So there has to be some kind of limit to that thing.

Outside of Emperor of Hope/Utopia how is this helping out Exceeds?

you can do that, yes, but only if you have a lot of rapapa monsters. And for puncher's effect to work you have to have another rapapa monster on the field.
And if you draw it and have no rapapa monsters on the field it turns into a dead draw, so that's a downside to it.
I guess I could limit it a bit though..

Anyways, they help exceeds of ranks 3,4 and 5 since their levels are easily modified and also easy to swarm.
Besides I've been making a lot of Exceeds that are mainly ranks 3 and 4 so if I run them in a deck like that they'd be useful.
Also, as there aren't a lot of level 4 tuners, if there are any, so these are useful for synchros as well.

One minor OCG error my friend. I absolutely love the artwork, and I have ever since I saw the new archetype for the Gamble Summons (which I support). As far as the actual cards go, Speeder is fine, Puncher seems a bit OP because if you are lucky enough to have 3 of those in your Hand, then you can just keep SS that particular card. Couple that with Android's effect and you have two powerful monsters with even more powerful effects out on the field. Raider looks fine to me as well.

Here's the breakdown:

8/10 - Concept and originality
9/10 - OCG (if it weren't for that one)
8/10 - Artwork

Total: 8.5/10 (Good job!)

I think it's bad that my sig takes up more space than my actual posts...

I'd like to ignore Exceeds for a moment and focus on good ol'-fashioned Synchros.

Puncher and Speeder are (forgive me) too strong and too fast. Summoning Speeder has no cost except for a lost potential resource. Summoning Puncher is easy, and any Rapapa monster can come out with its effect. This would be all right, except that the effect is free, and you can then revive it immediately with its effect to do it again. This requires basically no set-up besides drawing Puncher and/or getting it into your Graveyard. You can use it to bring 3 Raiders out, use it to pay for all of them to each bring out a Level 4 monster (Reborn Tengu is a good choice), and Synchro 3 Level 8 monsters (or 3 Rank 4 Exceeds, or 2 Vylon Disigmas), and even Royal Oppression is useless against Puncher because it has no cost!

If you had a limitation on Puncher saying "the effect of 'Rapapa Puncher' can only be activated once per turn", it would not be so obscene. If Mass Driver weren't banned, it would be used for that exclusively.

So...I think it could use some work.

well for speeder, I don't think it's too much, it's not a very strong card anyways, and being special summoned with that effect doesn't make it overpowered by itself.
For Puncher, yes, I think I might make him a once per turn.

Its not a dead draw because who wouldn't run a deck with all of this archetype in it. That's like saying Lumina the Lightsworn is bad if you don't have any lightsworns in the graveyard. The laws of probabilty say there will always be one, and in the VERY SLIM chance that I don't have another rapapa monster on the field I would just set him. Then on the next turn summon my rapapa monster and proceed to brokeness. That isn't really a drawback at all.
