Those are pretty easy to come by -- be it Raven as said before or even one of the Resonators if you're into that sort of thing (and I'll admit it, I am; note that you can get a Level 2 Resonator, seeing as the level seems to be your main hangup). Fiend-type monster? Of course you're going to Dark World this puppy, though he may support other Fiend decks (yes, there are Fiend decks besides Dark World and Fableds) equally well due to the simple fact that has been drummed into the ground by posters throughout this topic: He locks down Synchros~ I'm really looking forward to getting this guy and running it -- I can afford to slide at least one Resonator into my Beatdown Deck's Side Deck if it means having this guy on speed-dial. Also, its name in Japan was "[url="http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Elite_Four"]Heavenly King[/url] Black Highlander", right? Why didn't they localize that as "Elite Four Dark Highlander"? >____> As for LV2 Fiend Tuners, there's always...
