Lore:This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 Equip Spell Card on your side of the field or hand to Graveyard. When your Life Points are 1500 or Less, during your Battle Phase you can pay half of your Life Points. If you do this, you can roll a dice and activate one of the following effects according to the number you rolled:
●1: Send the top 5 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard.
●2: Send the top 5 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard.
●3: Destroy all the cards in your Field Except "Haru - High MagnaCannon Z-14 Soulmate" and take 100 points of damage x the number of cards that were destroyed by this effect.
●4: Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field.
●5: Decrease your Life Points by 500.
●6: Halve your opponent's Life Points.
If this card is destroyed by a Level 4 or higher monster effect, you can discard 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to increase your Life Points by 1000

Ok OCG Fix

Overall I think some effects are Overpowered, but then some effects balance them out, with 3 5s you lose. So, overall I think its a 7/10. I think that is fair.
