When Time concentrates together, a new monster is formed. Bring forth: TEMPUS SUMMONING

This is a new type of Summoning, used mainly in an era from my new RP Children of Time. It is based around "Time" naturally. Tempus means Time in Latin.

Tempus Summoning:
A Tempus Summon is quite a slow summoning and it is a bit harder than some summons. The Tempus Monster's level is measured in Tempo, and the stars (They're actually clocks) are located on the left of the card. Here's how the summon works:
1) You Summon a Timer monster. This is the roots of a Tempus Summon, and it would be impossible without one.
2) You remove it from play. A common effect shared by each and every Timer monster is to remove itself from play to conduct a Tempus Summon.
3) Every Standby Phase, the turn count goes up by 1. When the turn count reaches a certain number, you can Special Summon the Tempus monster. So 4 of your turns and 4 of your opponents turns means you can Tempus Summon a Tempo 8 monster. The best thing about this is that if it is an odd Tempo, then the monster can be Special Summoned during your opponents turn and if it is even, then it can be done in your turn.
4) Ta da! You have your Tempus Summon complete and a Tempus monster on the field!

Here is an example of a Tempo 8 monster and a Timer monster. The Tempus Monster template credit goes to Zextra. I personally made the Tempo. Also credit to Trimage for helping build on the idea.

This card can only be Tempus Summoned if you have a Timer MOnster which has been removed from play for 8 Standby Phases.
When this card is Tempus Summoned, you may destroy all cards on the field which have been on the field for 2 Standby Phases. This card gains 200 ATK for each card destroyed by this effect. This card cannot attack if this effect is activated. If this card would be destroyed by the effect of a Trap Card which has been on the field for 3 or more Standby Phases, negate the activation of the Trap Card and destroy it.
[/spoiler]

Please ignore the selection around the attribute.

I need any helpful comments. Will give reps

hmm i think the summoning remquirement should be like this "1Timer + 8 turn counts" or so. also you should use the timer monster as an timer matieral monster and be use a 1 time protection when it is summoned to the field or so otherwise it will be too easy for your opponent to advert the summoning that you work hard to last long in the duel to bring it out.

or add somethig like its summoning cannot be negated or so

what happens to the timer>? does it stay banished? and if so, does it continue to count?

i think you should exceed it a lil', and by that i mean change the rules to place the timer under the tempus when it's done its thang
and maybe the tempus can use the timer in some sort of way like exceeds do

oh and abreviate this "This card can only be Tempus Summoned if you have a Timer MOnster which has been removed from play for 8 Standby Phases. " since you already stated the rulings of the count

|(maybe u should use another time term for the name.... i dunno if i like tempus.... but thats just an opinion)|

but otherwise i like this, its kinda "Gold Sarcophagus"ish no?

on a side note, maybe topics that introduce sub-types should have some indication infront like .... [TYPE] or something, just a thought
