Communityreborn
This deck is one I have in real life. Now I know that it does need some changes, And I will change it soon. For now, this deck list is the list of all the cards I had available to make this deck. It's not bad, concidering that I've beaten my friend's seemingly unbeatable Legendary Six Samurai deck (Once). For those of you who don't know, The new Samurais are the dominating archtype in Yu-Gi-Oh. Now, without further ado: Monsters: 20 Spore(1) Nettles(2) Hedge Guard(3) Lonefire Blossom(2) Twilight Rose Knight(3) Seed of Flame(2) Violet Witch(2) Lord Poison(1) Botanical Lion(2) Gigantic Cephalotus(3) Spells: 12 MST(Also known as Mystical Space Typhoon. I own 2 copies) Fissure(2) Miralce Fertilizer(2) Mist Body(2) Thorn of Malice(2) Swords of Revealing Light(1) Monster Reborn(1) Traps: 8 Wall of Thorns(3) Trap Hole(2) Shadow Spell(1) Call of the Haunted(1) D-Prison(Dimentional Prison. I have 1 copy.) Extra Deck: 9 Red Dragon Archfiend(1) Black-Winged Dragon(1) Black Rose Dragon(1) Queen of Thorns(1) Flamevell Uruquizas(2) Gaia Knight, The Force of the Earth(2) Armory Arm(1) Ally of Justice Field Marshall(1) Deck Strategy The main goal of this deck is to summon out Synchros with various effects to counter and defeat the opponent. The best cards to get the job done are Twilight Rose Knight+Level 4 Monster, Lonefire Blossom+Miracle Fertilizer, or Spore+Anything. Lonefire Blossom is quite the blessing in this deck, as I can pretty much summon any plant in my deck by tributing a plant. And since Lonefire Blossom is a plant too, you could tribute it when needed. With Miracle Fertilizer, Lonefire Blossom can be brought back to the graveyard to be used again. Summoning two plants, like say a tuner and non-tuner, means instant Synchro Summon. The Lower level Synchros (LV Four-Six) can help me out depending on a situation. I usually use Queen of Thorns if the opponent is threatning to swarm the field with his hand. Uruquizas can actually be quite useful and break some annoying walls. If you let him, his attack will go up to dangerous levels, but he doesn't stay out for too long before I Synchro Summon again with something like Nettles or Spore. Nettles will bring out the higher level Synchros(LV Eight), which include Archfiend, Stardust (When I get him), and Black-Winged Dragon along with the level 6 synchro. Once again, I summon out the monster depending on the situation. Archfiend for breaking through walls, especially the annoying Scapegoat. Black-Winged to bounce back effect damage, and Stardust as insurance for destruction effects. Now some may be wondering why Field Marshall is in my deck. Well (1), I practically got it for free, and (2) if I'm stuck with Twilight Rose, then I'll send out Field Marshall to get the job done (But I'm sure there must be better level 9 synchros). In most situations, I end up with Archfiend mainly because of the attacking power. If I lose the synchros I use, or if I'm disrupted, I usually have a few counters up my sleeve. In most situations, I synchro summon Queen of Thorns 1st, because if it's sent away, I can bring it back with Miracle Fertilizer and proceed to synchro summon a higher level monster. Wall of Thorns helps greatly for me in the early stages of the duel, especially if the opponent is trying to swarm the field and knock me out. Eventually, I'll replace one of the Wall of Thorns with a Mirror Force. The rest of the spells and traps are mainly staples, if you will. Mist Body helps stall a little, and by then I usually make a comeback within a few turns. Fissure helps get rid of that one annoying monster on the field that is making me lose. And that's pretty much it. In Late game, Spore becomes extremley useful. With the power to change your level depending on the monster you remove from play to special summon Spore, you have the power to synchro summon that monster to win the duel. All is required is one Non-Tuner, and Spore in the graveyard(along with other plants). In most situations where I'm screwed, use Black Rose to clear out the field, and use Call of the Haunted/Monster Reborn if I have one. If the Synchro Strategy fails completley, I can still fight strong with Botanical Lion and Gigantic Cephlotus. Cephlotus is used early game, while Botanical Lion is used in mid/late game. Thorn of Malice rises their attack, making them a bigger threat. And if a bigger beatstick comes around the corner, you can equip your monster with Mist Body to stall out, while your plants continue to grow in stregnth. Lonefire Blossom can help yet again, as I can summon another Lion to join the fight. Counters The only deck I know of that destroys this one is the Legendary Six Samurai. The power to summon out alot of monsters in your hand while countering my counters with that DARN necklace trap card(Magatama whatever) hinders me severley. The main way to counter this deck is to destroy the tuners before I get a chance to Synchro summon. If Miracle Fertilizer is used, MST it right away. If the Synchros still manage to slip through, Fight back with cards like Bottomless Trap Hole, Trap Hole, and Torrential Tribute. In some situations, you can swarm with a plant deck. In that case, Mass desruction effects are a must. And as with pretty much 99 percent of decks out there, Remove-From-Play decks hurt. But you don't need a whole deck. Try D.D Warrior, or Dimentional Prison to get rid of that nasty monster.
Toffee.
I really wanted to use this new Galvatron image of mine for this topic, but it seems a bit much. Your deck doesn't run Debris Dragon and Glow-Up. Plus, Gigaplant woul work wonders here. Oh, and your Spell/Trap line-up is just random.

Now for your suggestions. I see where you're going at with Glow-Up Bulb and Debris Dragon. I admit that Glow-Up-Bulb is quite easy to summon out, but Spore is so much more...versitile. Debris Dragon could only be good with Hedge Guard, which is a bit risky. I get to summon Black Rose, but the other combo (Twilight+Any LV4) is easier to execute for my deck. Gigaplant: At 1st glance, I thought (Oh no, not a Gemini), but then I saw it's effect and how it can be easily summoned with Lonefire Blossom(yet again). Gigaplant would actually be great for my deck, by if so, how many should be run in my deck, and what should by pushed aside to make room?
