Picnics

Well with the weather getting hot and all, does anyone else like it?

I managed to get my bf out for a picnic, maybe this week or the next one, because there's this lovely river here. But I'm always a little bit bummed on what to pack, muffins for sure, and maybe focaccia or small pizzas. And sandwiches.

So any recipes/experiences?:3

Awh, I love picnics~

I used to go out to the local park with my friends every so often, and we'd all bring some food and just lay on the grass, eat, and talk. It was quite enjoyable and extremely relaxing. We usually just bring a ton of pasta dishes and other easy snacks.

I hope to take my future girlfriend on picnics more often too. It's simple, yet wonderful.

Aww...picnics....The experience of eating your favorite snack sitting on a blanket looking out to the bright, horizon with the breeze flowing, and having a nice conversation with your friends and family...it's marvelous.

Picnics are the best.

I eat my sandwich usually in a tree. :3

In hawaii its not called a picnic its called a pot luck and we go to this beach park and everyone brings like chilli, chicken, pizza, pastries, kimchi, rice, kal-bi, chips and theres like 20-30 people at the time just pigging out, with good music, people bring instruments and jam
set up a volley ball net, play some pota-gee football, go to the rocks and catch some rock crabs with our bare hands, surf, fish

pretty much everything you can do on a beach, a buffet and a park all put together
