During your Battle Phase you can select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and destroy all cards in that column, on your opponent's side of the field, this card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. If a face-up monster on your side of the field is destroyed as a result of battle you can remove it from play to Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with the same name as the destroyed monster.

Ra's effect reminds me of Ring of Destruction, is that where you took it from?

for Blaze Tiger, given its burn effect to your opponent, I'd suggest you also say if you use it, you can't attack your opponent that turn
