Guest Hounds of Anubis
In the future, no one needs cops, since they got Circuit HEROs... and that's basically all the back story I have for this. D: Onto the more important part: [spoiler=Monsters] [spoiler=Lore]When this card is Normal Summoned, you can return 1 "Circuit HERO" monster from your hand to the Deck, to add 1 "Circuit HERO" monster with a different name from your Deck to your hand. [spoiler=Lore]If this card is added to your hand from the Deck by the effect of a "HERO" card, draw 1 card. [spoiler=Lore]When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, add 1 "Circuit HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand. [spoiler=Lore]If this card is added to your hand by the effect of a "HERO" card, you can Special Summon it. If this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. [spoiler=Lore]You can discard this card to add 1 "Circuit HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Circuit HERO Sparx". If this card is used as a Fusion Material monster for a "Circuit HERO" monster, your opponent discards 1 random card. [spoiler=Lore]If this card is added to your hand by the effect of a "Circuit HERO" card, you can Special Summon it in face-up Defence Position. During a turn where a "Circuit HERO" Fusion monster destroyed an opponent's monster by battle, you can return this card from your Graveyard to your Deck. [spoiler=Lore]If this card is added to your hand by the effect of a "HERO" card, you can Special Summon it. During the turn this card is Special Summoned, it cannot attack. [spoiler=Fusion monsters] [spoiler=Lore]A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted by sending 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters on your side of the field to the Graveyard, including at least 1 "Circuit HERO Centix". This card cannot attack your opponent directly. This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. You can return this face-up card to the Extra Deck to Special Summon the 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters used to Fusion Summon it from your Graveyard. If you do, you cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn. [spoiler=Lore]A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted by sending 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters on your side of the field to the Graveyard, including at least 1 "Circuit HERO Apollo". Once per turn, you can banish 1 "HERO" monster from your Graveyard to add 1 "Circuit HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can return this face-up card to the Extra Deck to Special Summon the 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters used to Fusion Summon it from your Graveyard. If you do, you cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn. [spoiler=Lore]A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted by sending 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters on your side of the field to the Graveyard, including at least 1 "Circuit HERO Gologoth". When this card is Fusion Summoned, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. You can return this face-up card to the Extra Deck to Special Summon the 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters used to Fusion Summon it from your Graveyard. If you do, you cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn. [spoiler=Lore]A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted by sending 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters on your side of the field to the Graveyard, including at least 1 "Circuit HERO Magmax". During the turn this card is Fusion Summoned, it gains 400 ATK and can attack twice during the Battle Phase. You can return this face-up card to the Extra Deck to Special Summon the 2 "Circuit HERO" monsters used to Fusion Summon it from your Graveyard. If you do, you cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn. You cannot activate this effect during the turn this card is Fusion Summoned. [spoiler=Spells] [spoiler=Lore]Return 1 "Circuit HERO" monster from you hand to your Deck. Then add 1 "Circuit HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand with a different name to the returned card. [spoiler=Lore]Return 1 face-up "Circuit HERO" Fusion monster on the field to the Extra Deck. Then Special Summon a "Circuit HERO" Fusion monster with a different name from your Extra Deck. The monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack this turn, or activate its effect. [spoiler=Traps]N/A Comment/Rate/Criticise/Whatever. ragnarok1945
for all your fusion monsters, if you're going to use the special summon the 2 monsters you used to special summon the fusion, you may consider putting a drawback on those monsters now yes, you are argue Valkyrion the Magna Warrior has a similar effect for getting Alpha, Beta, and Gamma the Magnet Warrior onto the field this way, but remember those ones have virtually no effect, while yours do
Guest Hounds of Anubis
I don't see why anyone would argue with Valkyrion. He has no actual effect, and he's not a Fusion monster. However, I would "argue" with the fact that Synchros (and now Xyz) are also about as easy to summon. I also don't see how their effects make them too strong, if you could explain how that would be better. As far as I can see, Sylia can't attack directly, Raider is almost essentially a one-time Raigeki Break, Berserk can only gain its ability once, and can't split on the same turn. The only one with possibly an issue is Galinate. I'm considering having Galinate not attack on the turn he special summons something, to make it fair. Otherwise, personally, I don't see how they're OP'd.
