Sea Serpents are a tiny group, with little support (There's more Psychic monsters and support than there is for Sea Serpents). Since most of the early ones were either high-level fish or WATER dragons, they're also top heavy. That's only just changing.

-2 Dragon Dwelling in the Deep
-2 Neo Daedalus
-2 Umi
-2 Terraforming
-3 Dimension Wall
-2 Magic Cyliner

Dragon Dwelling in the Deep won't get to work. Spined Gillman gives you the boost faster, has effectively the same base ATK, and can be summoned by Diva.
Neo- Daedalus is not worth the effort. If you're worried about negation of destruction effects, try another Codarus, otherwise perhapse Divine Dragon Aquabizzare to recover field spells.
Umi is worthless, save for boosting Orca. Orca is never going to be a major hitter in a deck not built for that to happen. 3x ALO gives you 1-tribute Daedalus and if you run it normal summon Aquabizzare (at 2300ATK to boot).
Warrior of Atlantis is enough to find ALO, freeing up space for Salvage, which is very useful for recovering your smaller monsters.
Five traps to reverse life point damage is way too much. There's enough staple traps (Things like Solemn Judgement and Torrential Tribute) and things that get rid of the monster (Dimensional Prison) that could use that space. Life points aren't that important, and things like prison protect yours anyway.
Also consider swapping out a Reece for a 3rd Diva. Diva is an instant Lv 5 synchro whilst ALO isn't out, or can combo with stuff already out to get higher levels.
Z-One works well with this deck, if you can find the space. Set it, wipe the field with Daedalus, and Z-One brings ALO straight back into your hand to go again.

As for the Synchros, you don't have to stick to Sea Serpents. Easy Lv5s means access to Hyper Librarian and Catastor, and then there's good generic synchros of higher levels (and soon Xyzs as well). You only really need 1-2 Gishilnodon if you use other Lv5's.

ALO = A Legendary Ocean.

it outclasses Umi in everyway. So there's no point in playing 2 Umi, when you can play 3 ALO instead.

as for the Deck. I would focus on more Synchro power. Through Deep Sea Diva abuse. Using cards like Atlantis and Snowman for support. Codarus is a nice touch.

I would also maindeck 3 mother grizzly. It searches most cards in the Deck and provides some form of toolboxing. which is really good.
if you want, rather than give direct fixes, i can just give you a new Decklist.
alot of the cards your running are either outdated or outclassed.

Re: Why A Legendary Ocean (ALO) outclasses Umi:

There's a lot of overlap between the monsters that gain the boost of Umi and those that gain it of A Legendary Ocean, but there's more support for WATER than for Fish/Sea Serpent/Aqua, and Sea Serpents in particular have to rely on WATER support. 200 ATK & DEF isn't much, however, and it's not a good enough reason to use a field spell. ALO is better because of the level reduction effect. It basically lets any effect that applies to "level X and or lower" monsters work on monsters a level higher than normal. As it work on the hand, level 7's come out with 1 tribute and level 5's don't need any at all. It can be searched out of the deck with Warrior of Atlantis, who is a good Level 4 in his own right.

In your deck, the only thing Umi does than ALO doesn't is put 200 ATK and DEF on Air Orca. Meanwhile you have to tribute 1 more monster to summon Daedelus and need to give up space to run Terraforming to search them (which will be dead draws anyway if you get to the Umi's first).

I'll second Mother Grizzly, although with your deck as it is their use as a toolbox is limited as the only things you'd want them to find are Codarus or Reese (or each other). Everything else either has too high attack, you want in your hand to Normal Summon/Set, or isn't water. However, they'll still help you get through your deck faster, since each time one dies it makes your deck a card smaller, and this you're more likely to get something you need.
