This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard. This card can be Normal Summoned without any tributes. If this card is Summoned this way, it is treated as a Normal Monster Card. When this card is successfully Tribute Summoned or Special Summoned, you can inflict damage to your opponent for each card in their hand x100. Once per turn, you can discard 1 DARK monster from your hand to destroy card 1 you control. Then activate the appropriate effects, based on the type of card destroyed:
Effect Monster: Destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
Spell: Your opponent discards 2 cards from his/her hand.
Trap: Both players send 3 cards from their hand to the Graveyard, and draw 3 cards from the top of their opponent's Deck.
Well, the card's a LV 6 monster, and it goes in the main deck. That's a rather disturbing thought. Nowadays the best one-tributer is the illustrious Shadow Monarch, and not many others are used outside Frognarchs. Well, of course Celestia generates +2's, and many others are in similar fashions used, but not many. Most of the top 8 decks in the last world championship run only 1 or 2 tributers, most of them Caius. This is just because most of the time it's much better to use Synchros that require less hand and the luck to draw it.

Nonetheless, onto the card. Given one-tributers generally suck as I mentioned above, this has to be good and-

Wait, 1750 ATK? Isn't that a mistake of 1500? I mean, 1750 is rather problematic as its attack stats. Why no abuse? We love abuse don’t we?

So far it looks terrible. We'll have to rely upon its effect.

"This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard". Ugh. Not another negative. "This card can be Normal Summoned without any tributes. If this card is Summoned this way, it is treated as a Normal Monster Card". Well, maybe you thought this would make this usable as Synchro fodder, but it doesn't work that way, given if you have to Normal Summon two times to Synchro you're doing it wrong. Then again, it doesn't seem like it negates its effects, so this might be noteworthy if its later effects are good.

"When this card is successfully Tribute Summoned or Special Summoned, you can inflict damage to your opponent for each card in their hand x100." I don't see how this effect has any real good point at all, given even Just Desserts can inflict 2000 damage on its own nowadays, and it doesn't generate even a +1.

The next effect is "Once per turn, you can discard 1 DARK monster from your hand to destroy card 1 you control. Then activate the appropriate effects, based on the type of card destroyed:
Effect Monster: Destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
Spell: Your opponent discards 2 cards from his/her hand.
Trap: Both players send 3 cards from their hand to the Graveyard, and draw 3 cards from the top of their opponent's Deck." It does generate a -2 on its first part, which is terrible, but it still has the positive side later on. Destroy an Effect Monster, and it becomes a +1 against your opponent. Still it's reasonably better to run Tribute to the Doomed, and wastes a monster summon. Given Tribute to the Doomed is depressingly horrible, it's easy to say this effect isn't useful at all. The Spell effect seems the best. It takes back the advantage, successfully becoming nice enough, and it's easiest to fulfill the requirements. The Trap effect is a bit hard to activate, given it's unlikely both players will have 3 or more cards in his/her hand, but if you can activate it...wait, it draws from your opponent's deck? But that gives no synergy to your hand, and that means it's not really useful! Why?! Well...so no. The only good effect is the Spell version.

That’s all for this card folks. Well, the fact that currently it can't be abused with Shining Angel is dropping its usability a tad lot. Just lower its ATK to 1500, and it can be maybe have a lot more potential. Well, it's certainly casual potential, but still. It does fatten your Graveyard successfully, and allow you a -2 for both players, which can be a potential lockdown if played at the perfect timing. Even so the fact it rarely matches the concept of a deck is rather disappointing, and I'm not sure if it’d be played outside in casuals. I say 7/10.

What, who said "constructive comments"?
