Effect: Once per turn, during your Main Phase while this monster is in face-up Attack Position, you can place 1 Poison Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. During your opponent's Standby Phase, all monsters with Poison Counters lose 300 ATK. When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon this card during the End Phase of the turn this card is destroyed.

ocg is off man

When this monster is successfully Trbrute summoned you can place a poison counter ? on an opponent face-up monster. Everytime in your opponent Standby-Phase, decrease the monsters ATK with the poison counter ? by 300 points. When this card is destroyed by an effect, you can special summon this card at the end of the turn it is destroyed.

i think im close

I have, and I will again.

1) Pic: Not the best. To be honest, with thi card's name, I thought it would be some humanoid who master's Wyverns.

2) OCG Fix:

You wrote: When this monster is successfully summoned as an sacrifie-summon, you can lay a poison mark on an opponent face-up monster. Everytime in your opponent Standby-Phase, decrease the monsters ATK with the poison mark by 300 points. When this card is destroyed by an effect, you can special summon this card at the end of the turn it is destroyed.

You should write: When this monster is Normal Summoned succesfully, you can place a Poison Counter on a face up monster your opponent controls. During your opponents Stand-By Phase, all monsters with Poison Counters lose 300 ATK points. When this card is destroyed by an effect, you can Special Summon this card at the end of the turn it is destroyed.

3) Effect: It seems as a 1 time only card, so it is not very reliable or useful.

4) Balance: It is underpowered. It needs to give out Poison Counters regularly.

5/10

Where you have put 4163-62423 is the Set I D. Set I Ds are only for sets. For example, this Blue Eyes White Dragon's ID is DPKB (Duelist Pack Kaiba) - EN... (English) ...001 (First Card of the set). It isn't important so don't fret about it.

Better pic, but like I said the name gives a different approach. It seems it would be something like:
I know what your aim is, so I recommed naming it Princess Wyvern or Princess of the Wyverns...something like that.

OCG Fix again...

You wrote: Every Main-Phase, when this monster is in face-up attack-position, you can lay a poison counter on an face-up opponent monster. During your opponents Stand-By Phase, all monsters with Poison Counters lose 300 ATK points. When this card is destroyed by an effect, you can Special Summon this card at the end of the turn it is destroyed.

You should write: As long as this card is in face up Attack Position, you can place 1 Poison Counter on an face-up monster your opponent controls. During your opponent's Stand-By Phase, all monsters with Poison Counters lose 300 ATK points. When this card is destroyed by an effect, you can Special Summon this card at the end of the turn it is destroyed.

Copy & Paste an OCG Fix into your cards effect.

I continuously see new OCG errors in the OCG fix. It should be:

Once per turn, during your Main Phase while this monster is in face-up Attack Position, you can place 1 Poison Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. During your opponent's Standby Phase, all monsters with Poison Counters lose 300 ATK. When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon this card during the End Phase of the turn this card is destroyed.

It should be perfect or almost perfect now.
