[font="Arial"][size="2"]I presume you'll make Scar monsters? I don't really know on what Scar cards are focusing, but I think they're focusing on discarding cards, like Fableds. The first effect is kinda OP'ed. I don't know if someone would actually remove 8 or 14 Counters to Special Summon a Scar monster or to destroy all cards on the field.[/size][/font]

you can keep its effect but it'll last only 1 turn, or you can keep it on the field but lose all its effects
