There going to get a super boost. That and if Graceful Charity (Incredibly unlikely) even gets to just 1 then they'll be increased drastically. I find it good but it's coup de grace is Macro. no Macro, no one is even siding D.D. Crow anymore. Only problem is anti-meta/oppression, but Grapha, Broww and Snow don't care. I dont think they could go tier 1 as in a staple tier 1, but i think that with the right cards they can occasionally beat tier 1's. Expecially with the fiends gate structure coming out.
