[/quote] If it can be avoided reasonably, it will be. However in cases where the CardMaker did not supply their name on the card, or the Card Lore is too condensed to be read properly. Master White Posted June 10, 2011 Report Share Posted June 10, 2011 Well, definitely a few people you should look for are these 3: Icyblue Max Darkness Hounds of Anubis Icy seems to combine really good effects and stuff, but can have some overpowered cards in awhile. Max Darkness Seems to be really good at the effects, OCG, understanding the game and overall just good at anyone to figure out how to screw the yugioh game mechanics...It is sometimes overpowered to, but very rarely. Hounds of Anubis: Great OCG, 2 Star Member, card making middle to bad, but still great. Wero-Vasto---I know him and he's aided me alot to....likes litte overpowered cards JBM---Long Gone Member Of course I wouldn't put Icy or Max Darkness together b/c I don't think they would agree with each other to well.....not positive though. I completely understand unless I have got it wrong to, but anyhow, I'm just saying there are people on here that are 6 yr old+ and stuff.....and there are people on here that is 18+.....So, its kinda hard to make it for people to understand. [/quote] To be fair, it was created to test a usergroup without involving the populace. And I decided to use it to be blunt where I cannot on a personal basis, without having to switch roles. With the fact that I made it clear that among the staff, the password will be public for them. You can't exactly trace it. Making it easier on me, and other Staff Members without affecting their Forum Life. If it's use doesnt work or gets bad looks, I'll just remove the account entirely and manage this on this account. @Master White: It basically means, we will not look to influence (how much effect a person has on a forum) when considering great posts. Instead we will be looking for single, detailed, and helpful posts. It effectively rules out anyone who posts a lot, even if they are "helpful" we want something of even higher quality. I would have this thread full of posts by Sleepy since her posts do exactly this, but that would feel like cheating it xD. @Above: As detailed, it wasnt made just for this. Mehmani Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 If you bother to check the reviews I make (I have links to the threads in which I have posted in my signature), you may find that I always post at least two brutally honest (yet kindly worded) paragraphs and review aspects of the cards, providing constructive feedback, viability analysis and potential improvements. Oh, and a nice closing statement. Do you understand how hard it is for me to write a nice review (if I'm reviewing an awful card, granted)? I find it immensely difficult to not descend into gales of rage, and I would if I was reviewing a short essay on the underlying Marxist metaphors in Mary Shelley's [i]Frankenstein[/i] or writing a criticism of the current British government. But admittedly, this is a children's card game site. We have to be amiable here in case we accidentally cause another suicide. Did I go off on too much of a tangent there? The odds of people caring about it are low however, since a lot of people who participate in the activities on this site just like to post up their cards, ignore the criticism, or assistance, we are giving and move on, which is why you don't see but the same people constantly commenting on cards. If it's necessary, and people want to learn what they should be looking for to correct cards, by all means, we should make a post for that. If you don't want to, I would willingly make it myself.
