I feel like that is the most epic chain of Evolution ever... Though I do want to see all of the Evol Archtype[color="#FFFFFF"], or atleast more than the 3 releasd so far...[/color]

Helps out Jurracs, doesn't bring them up to Tier 1, and maybe not even Tier 2, but its great for Jurracs

Kinka-Jurracs are amazing. All they need are some more nudges in the right direction and they will be Tier 1. This is one of those nudges. If Konami makes a Structure Deck centered around Jurracs and Dinosaurs (which should be likely due to Konami not yet making a remake of Dinosaur's Rage) that increases draws by summoning Jurracs, allow more Normal Summons of Jurrac monsters and make all Jurracs have the AG stopping effect, then they will be the top metadeck.

I know they are good dude, I've used 'em too and I greatly enjoy them ^_^
But they do need more before they can be good enough to be awesome

Actually, if you count the other Solemn Counters, then they can have up to 6 Solemns.

My POINT is that This card IS incredible and I know Jurracs will benefit greatly from this, I'm not saying this card in and of itself is bad... I'm not saying Jurracs are bad... what I am saying is that Jurracs still need MORE support than what they have to get to the true Meta

You don't know the difference?

Spell Speed 3 can only be chained by Spell Speed 3. So while Solemn Judgment can negate Warning, Ragia cannot.

Just because it isn't Speed Spell 3 doesn't mean it's not like Solemn. It can't stop Counter Traps, but it could stop everything else. Unless if your opponent can use 2 card effects to trick you into using it's effect, your opponent will fear using a card.

So this guy, rather than going 'GOD SAYS NO', like the original one, makes your opponent think about using cards/Summoning.

So it's Solemn+Mind Games.

Although, getting around this wouldn't be so hard. Just use a random card to try and destroy it, they'll be forced to negate. Then proceed to move as if it wasn't there.
