Open up paint.net3. make the canvas 100x100 and paste the image4. a window may come up saying keep canvas size and expand canvas5. click Keep canvas size6. move the image around untill you like the selected area 7. cLick the Crop to section icon on the toolbar8. edit the image untill you like it 9. paste onto paint9. save it 10.
