Shouldn't be "Monsters on the field cannot be destroyed by battle"?

Anyway I can't decide if this is OP'ed or not. It is very useful though. If you have a card like Ultimate Tyranno on your side of the field while your opponent has a monster with less ATK points than it(which is likely since Ultimate Tyranno has 3000 ATK points) you win. So now that I say that it seems like this card would be OP'ed. 6/10

Useful, while this card would be on the field you would have to rely on magic and traps. I would use it in a deck with monster destroying traps.

As for it being OP'ed? I don't really think so since your opponents monsters can't be destroyed by battle as well.

That is true, but as I explained it is the thing that could make it ultimately more OP'ed.

Ultimate Tyranno specifically states that it only attacks the monsters once each. Whether they are destroyed or not is completely irrelevant with it.

OT: It's kind of a hard card to really decide on whether it's OP or not. Overall, it's a brilliant stall card, but at the same time it's not amazingly hard to destroy. I don't know whether you could make an OTK with it, but I honestly doubt it.
