Tributes aren't the favorite of summoning... and this wouldn't be at all effective in Monarchs
The effects also aren't really worth it IMO, but it would be helpful for Counter Fairies for sure... could use 100 more ATK though

"ach time you activate a Counter Trap Card you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 face-down card on the field." <---Personally I wouldn't allow that effect to be used as many times as you feel like per turn though

no need to change, it is decent support though
