First time I've gotten a ten.

I was thinking of raising its rank, but then again... A four is a bit awkward to get out, so I kept it.

Added a Tuner for it.

The "Green Serpent Witch" has a useful effect (although I do not know what Exceeds or their rankings are =p), but I still think she could use a slight ATK and/or DEF boost.
(I'm really liking the pic btw) - Also her type is Earth, and it might be more suited to be a Water type, idk.


As for your tuner....
When this card is Summoned, you can send one card from your hand to the Graveyard. If you do, your opponent cannot activate [b]S[/b]pells [b]or[/b] [b]T[/b]raps until their next[b] E[/b]nd [b]P[/b]hase, and all monsters on the field lose 200 ATK and DEF x their own level.

I would say that it being a tuner, with both of those effects... it seems a bit much. Instead of losing 200ATK and DEF x their own level permanently... it could be until she is destroyed, Or it could be 300ATK and DEF permanently or 100 ATK and DEF x their own level permanently

Anyways, I like them both, but think that "Green Hunter Vine's" second effect is a bit much for being so easy to use.

Yeah, Green Hunter is OP; I might make it just 100 ATK and DEF.

I made it "Earth" because... well, I thought earth was pretty cool. As for the pic... I just picked a random picture and made a card based a card around it. The original ATK was 2100, but I thought, with her effect and level, it would be way too OP.

Level, Rank, Spell and Trap also capitalized.

The idea is decent, and not bad at all. Though it is not that Good, but since you new. This is considered to Great.

The Tuner which include Cold Wave effect seems OPed, but im not sure. Still good though

1st card you forgot to say when it's synchro summoned successfully, that's when the monsters lose atk (or did you mean as long as it's on the field, when a monster is summoned that effect will trigger)

2nd card has a little bit of Ancient Gear effects thrown in, which is good as well, I like it

Anti-exceeds? Interesting... If Exceeds rise to the metagame, here's a card to use.
This card's actually good against a Swarmer or somethin'.

The pictures, on the other hand, are rather remarkable.

It is continuous, so as long as it is on the field it keeps em low.

Thanks for the rating, I wanted to make the second one kind of but-not-so similar to the gears, whom I love dearly.

Yeah, it does seem very abusable. I wanted to make it protect the Synchro so it isn't destroyed as soon as it is summoned. And... wow, it can be abused by DW! Didn't even think of that while making it.

If you want to make it so, why not make it like this?

"When this card is used as the Synchro Material of "Green Serpent Witch", Banish card from your hand. If you do, your opponent cannot activate Spells and Traps until their next end phase, and all monsters on the field lose 200 ATK and DEF x their own level. [b]You cannot activate this effect during a turn in which you Special Summoned a monster except "Green Serpent Witch".[/b]"

That's to stope Lonefire + Fluff Token abuse. Get it?
