This card can only be Chaos Summoned by removing from play one Level 4 monster on the field while your opponent controls at least two more monsters than you. This card is removed from play during each of your End Phases, and it is Special Summoned to your Side of the field during your Draw Phase if removed this way. When this card is Chaos Summoned, place one Spell Counter on all cards on the field. You can remove one Spell Counter from anywhere on the field to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap that has a Spell Speed of 2 or Higher, and destroy it. When there are no Spell or Trap cards on the field, this card loses 1000 ATK. [/b][/i][/center] NOTE: They go in your Extra Deck, with Synchros and Fusions. And considering it takes your opponent's monsters and is in the Extra Deck, this is overpowered. [/quote] I updated the lore (but not the card) to balance it out a bit more... but I think the one monster might be a bit of a small price... [/quote] The new version is even more broken. Everytime it returns to the field, it spams Spell Counters. And it's still nothing new. Just make it a normal Effect Monster.
