[/quote] Well, kind of. Counter Fairies activate immediately after a Counter Trap resolves, so it's still during Chain Resolution, so no one can activate effects at that timing. Pretty much, it can take down anything that isn't immune to destruction. A 1000 Life Points is okay, maybe for Ancient Leaf, but I'd doubt that.
