Zextra
This is my first Single in a very long time... Normally, I wouldn't use images like this, but... I decided to anyways. Please comment and rate! Thanks! Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While there are at least 5 monsters in you and your opponent's Graveyards: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can banish a monster in your opponent's Graveyard; Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard.
ragnarok1945
well it's relatively easy to summon shame it has no effect while on the field itself, I would have made it a tuner 8.4/
Zextra
Thanks, Rag, for your comment. It makes me happy that I can always rely on you for them Anyways, I decided not to make it a Tuner because then it would be too abusable, calling for an instant Synchro, even though there's actually no real cost to Summon it. Mugendramon
Another case of half-new, half-old OCG. When writing an effect, write it out like this. Stuff required: Cost; actual effect. For example.Once per turn: Discard 1 card; destroy 1 monster on the field. Interesting idea and all. It looks like a more complicated DAD, with a +2 effect. MELEIKS

Mugendramon
Maybe I'm misinformed, but I saw somewhere, that Meklord Wisel was written with this logic.FOUND IT: This is how Wisel reads: Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When a face-up monster you control is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. Once per turn: You can target 1 Synchro Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card. This card gains ATK equal to those monsters' combined ATK. Once per turn, when an opponent's Spell Card is activated: You can negate the activation and destroy it.

Perhaps they're adding more new rules - I'll do a little more research on it, and I'll fix the OCG accordingly
shelds9
It is pretty good. Make it a Level 5 to avoid too much Xyz? It is a little too abusable otherwise...I also saw the OCG that Monkey referred to. On Orient Dragon (DN for details).
seattleite
Interesting card. Effect is powerful but conditional enough to be useful in its own deck. Maybe with Lightsworns or something Nice template and everything too. 9.5/

MibeR
The effect is nothing new and common. But yet, it is useful. The Summoning of this card is easy too.

Yeah, I no longer go after creativity - I stick with what makes the card useful (and usable in the actual TCG), and that was the base of the card OCG fixed. Jolta
Odd OCG... Does the new OCG really start without a subject? Minor-ly Broken, but yet its OK. Insta-[Insert Level 8/7/6/5 Synchro here]. Oddly, this card fits its effect. Everyone still loves Catastor, right?
MibeR
Do you have the source for that new OCG, Zex? it seems weird. So, you now aiming for the usable. Why not to combine creative and usable,? haha

Angel of Silence
Pic is good. I'm not good at OCG... The effect is useful, and makes sense with the name. Overall it's balanced, and i would use it. 10/

Azphreal
At first, I thought; "Why, Zex? You're too good for this sort of bad OCG." Then I read further, checked on YuGiOh Wiki... and thought "Why, Konami?" This sort of OCG is only on one card, and it's not in any of the GENF translations - yet. So I'm a little confused at why they change it when it's simply not nessessary. Anyway, I like the actual card and effect. Easy to use, and an easy +2 - RFP (or 'banish' >.<) an opponent's monster and SS one of your own. Makes sense why you didn't make it a Tuner, though, since if it was released, it'd go straight to the ban list then XD 9.8/10. By the way, I'm a little low on views. Can you click the first set in my sig, pwetty pwease? XD
