get a psp!!! one with homebrew enabled' date=' cause you can play gba, nes, snes, etc. roms. theres nothing ive seen on ds except for zelda phantom hourglass thats even worth buying. who wants to pet dogs? not me!

[/quote']

Unfortunately, the PSP also costs a whole lot more. And Nintendo still won't bring Pokemon games to Sony consoles with the ratings Nintendo is getting at the moment!!! (what we really need is a full-3d pokemon game that follows the main games, not like Colosseum or XD.

One word...

NO!!!!!!

One word as a response

WRONG!!!!!

The DS is very good' date=' it has many good games.

Not really. The games they sell to us are really easy. Tell me a hard game! They are all to easy.

Well, Ultimate Mortal Kombat is pretty hard...

And some parts on Final Fantasy III and Final Fantasy Revenant Wings.

But your are right, most of them are easy.

PSP: $170, plus 30 or more for a game.

DS Lite: $130 plus 60 for an R4, which can give you all the games you'll ever need.

PSP is only good for homebrew, and its battery life while doing homebrew sucks.

DS's R4 doesn't sap any more than normal, and can run emulators, music, etc. Also, the DS has better sound quality and volume capability than the PSP.

Bottom line: DS > PSP

Shaco.

Websites for R4:

DealExtreme

Amazon

DealExtreme has more packages and is purty cheap, but shipping is more and they're often sold out.

Amazon is usually in stock for cheap. Make sure to get it from the sellers with lots of GOOD feedback. Whichever you do, get priority shipping. It's worth it. In addition, get the best value on your MicroSD cards possible. It's better (IMHO) to get multiple ones for a good value than a big one that costs more.

Enjoy your DS.

You can play PSP games without the UMD so NDS its more expensive(if you dont want buy original games) but i like more the NDS games

Oh? How so?

The PSP was designed to to be able to run ROMs of its own games without shortening battery life to one hour.

So unless you want to stick glued to a wall playing unoriginal sequels to average games on a system purely designed for money without care for the consumer or quality of games, go ahead and buy a PSP.
