I believe I fixed the OCG a bit. I'm not entirely sure on the new Problem-Solving Card Text either, so don't quote me on this exact format on this, but I'm rather confident in this is how it's formatted.

I'm not good at judging cards, so I'll just try to judge the ones that particularly stand out to me.

Nyan Cat looks really cool and sets up the Xyz summon, but that's basically all its good for. If all goes as planned, it won't be in the Graveyard to power up the Xyz monster, unless a later support card assists with that.

Nyan Cat summoning two Nyan Birds, drawing two cards, having each of them destroy a card each, then Xyz-ing into Phoenix, returning a card to the hand, and summoning a banished "Nyan" monster feels really overpowered, even without a Battle Phase that turn. I'd suggest weakening the Birds a bit. Perhaps make it so they can each only do one of the effects, though I don't know how you can word that. Perhaps just take out one of the effects entirely.

Wow, what do you know, Nyan Tiger (a Level 4 "Nyan") not only can be summoned easily by its own effect but can be summoned by Nyan Cat. And, what do you know, Nyan Tiger has a tacked-on effect to help Nyan Cat.
My comment for those two is that, while it's cute that they support each other, the Nyan Tiger's effect feels tacked-on and doesn't really support the goal.

Nyan Power feels like a more-specific Chaos Greed that requires one less card. I'd suggest reducing the number of "Nyan"s needed banished to 1 or 2, since using the first one stops the activation of the next two.

The Holy Cat feels very underpowered for multiple reasons:
• it's an Equip Spell that requires you to control a monster to be useful (it doesn't summon its monster or take an opponent's, allowing your opponent to 2-for-1 you).
• It has a heavy cost to be useful (2 "Nyan" monsters every first attack)
• The last effect has a horrible condition and a heavy cost for a simple tutor effect

Since the idea itself requires you to have a "Nyan", you should at least power up the other aspects of the effect. Perhaps make it:
• a one-time cost to permanently allow the monster to attack twice as long as the equip is in play OR not requiring a cost and having a conditional 'attack-twice' option.
• just make the second effect when the equip card is sent to the Graveyard and maybe make the cost banishing two cards you control instead (to fit the "Nyan" theme).
