The non-synchros look OK, but D. Warrior should probably lose 200 or so ATK. The best level 2s for ATK don't go over 1400 ATK, and have 0 DEF.

The Normal Synchros aren't bad, although the level 3 should really have a few less ATK. 1800-2000 would be fine for a non-effect monster, and is at the point where a non-synchro of that level would have a negative effect. The level 6 needs an effect - even something simple would be fine. As it is this is just Gaia Knight with 200 less ATK.

Damage Tuning is OK, but a card just to make one of the others a tuner is a high cost. Maybe give it a bonus effect if the monster it's equipped to is used for a synchro summon or something.

Ultimate Damage Mech is way too strong. No card in the game (aside from a single anime-only one) has more than 5000 ATK, and the existing Delta Accels both have 4000 ATK. The effect is nice, although set a cost for the search is needed - there's no point in saying 2000-3000, when everyone would simply pay 2000. The life point gain somewhat mitigates it though - perhaps drop that effect and just make the search cost 800 or so. I'd also expand the protection to either monster effects or effects that target, to give it more protection.
