This my new effect dragon type monster called Diamond Eyes Ice Storm Dragon. This monster is very powerful and very easy to summon and works well in both dragon and dinosaur decks and i think has a very good effect for it's level.

Dragon/Effect You can remove from play 1 face up Dragon-Type or Dinosaur-Type monster you control to Special Summon this card. You can increase this cards ATK by 300 points for each Dragon-Type and Dinosaur-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type or Dinosaur-Type monster except "Diamond Eyes Ice Storm Dragon" from your hand,Extra Deck,or Graveyard. Then you can draw 1 card from your Deck.

too OPed. It just an upgrade of REDMD which is really broken. the pic is horrible, can't think any suggestion. 6/10

For your monsters type it's not all capitals, change DRAGON to Dragon.

OCG: You can remove from play 1 face up Dragon-Type or Dinosaur-Type monster you control to Special Summon this card. Then you can draw 1 card from your Deck.

Just minor fixes in OCG. But I'd say lower how much ATK he gains for each one in your graveyard. Also lower his starting ATK and DEF. Remove the Draw a card effect and get rid of SS from the Extra Deck. If you do these things I think you can balance it pretty well.

4/10 as off now too OP'd and bad pic, try to find one that has no white border and is a bit clearer.
