Those are all green, while this is blue. Obviously you would just add green for those effects, but you still need to leave your color to get those kinds of effects. And even with more lands you still won't have enough to play out your +20 hand unless it's full of mostly 1 drops and even then you'll have a bunch of lands left.

Of course. When you draw 20 cards odds are like 8 of them will be lands and odds are you'll just drop those. That still means you need to play out at least 5 cards and odds re you either won't have enough mana or several of them will be reactive spells and you wouldn't want to play those.
