Fiend effect If this card is the only card in your Hnad you can Special Summmon this card from your Hand. ther can only be 1 face up "Van Bloot JR. Fiend" on your side of the Field. As long this is face up monster is on your side of the Field neither player can Sychro Summon or Exceed Summmon if either player has 3 or more face up monster on their side of the Field 2 or more being lv 4 or lower Tuner monsters destory this card.
