I know it's a remake of "Fox Fire" but you should have edited the picture and made his fire blue. I think that would've been more effective, and if possible turned him black.

[b]OCG[/b]: The OCG is perfect. Good job.

[b]Artwork[/b]: I think, as said above, this picture would be more supportive of "Darkfire Fox" if you had changed his tail blue, and turned him black. Since this is the picture for "Fox Fire" from an actual Yugioh Card.

[b]Effect[/b]: I don't like his has no requirement to its destruction, then by removing 2 DARK monsters, you get him back, and then can draw 1 card. I feel that's a little overpowered.

[b]Creativity[/b]: DARK monsters are overused, and the fact that you used an actual picture from a Yugioh Card, I feel it's not all that creative. :/

[b]Overall Thought[/b]: I feel that the card would have been more impressing to the audience if you had changed the picture a bit. I didn't find it all that interesting in my opinion. I'm sorry.

Speaking of pains, I don't think "banish" would be capitalized, and I think you have to write "During the next Standby Phase" before the rest to indicate that you draw a card at the same time that you Special Summon this monster. Though the timing should be obvious, I'm not sure it's a fully Solved Problem.

As for the card:
Would have been nice to see a different picture, but it'd be hard to edit/find a new picture.
OCG seems fine.
Effect is useful and balanced. Nice Special Summon effect.
Overall great card. 9.5/10
