Time Psyduck Posted June 30, 2011 Report Share Posted June 30, 2011 Deep Sea Musician Level 3 WATER/Sea Serpent/Effect When this card is Special Summoned, you can change the level of 1 other Sea Serpent-Type monster you control to 3. ATK 800/DEF 600 Diva grabs this and becomes a level 3 for an instant Rank 3 (or level 6), notably Black Ray Lancer, since it needs WATER materials. ATK and DEF make 1000 when added to Diva's, opens up Limit Reverse, and shouldn't matter since it's intended as instant Xyz/Synchro material. Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End Posted July 2, 2011 Report Share Posted July 2, 2011 Pretty much sumed it up, instant Brionac or Lancer. Has a limited range of targets but doesn't matter when this is fatal in a structured, dedicated deck. Very nice card. Link to comment
