Once per turn, when your opponent Special Summons a Level 5 or higher monster: You can pay 800 Life Points; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Rock-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard (except "Terra, Trembling Earth"). It cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon or used as a Synchro or Xyz Material Monster. If a monster Summoned by this effect leaves the field while you control this face-up card: Your opponent targets 1 card they control and destroys it.

Awesome art is awesome :)

Very rock friendly. It definitely would help when facing a synchro deck although the last effect could be stopped by stardust dragon, but good card nonetheless. Great OCG, too.

10/10.
A lot of cards can be stopped by Stardust Dragon. However, this card can, in theory, stop way more cards, because this are it's main...

Rock Stall gets just a bit more fun, I love it. I like seeing Rock support. automatic 7/10 for that.

Effect is great, and there are so many ways around Stardust these days that the effect doesn't need tweaking, so an additional 2/10 for that.

The art is amazing and that brings us up to 10/10, if I could go higher I would have.....maybe go to 20? XD but anyways, I love it so this card gets a 10/10 from me.

The problem is your Koa'ki Rocks won't negate a Summon. In fact: Choosing to activate this effect means not using Solemns.
So if you in fact choose to Summon a Rock from your Grave, you'll have to use Mirrors or the like.

And your best target is probably this.

It... actually is  More power to Stun! Even though I actually hate to play that type of deck...
you know how rock stun is a fun tier 2 deck that doesn't need broken support

wait, you obviously don't, my mistake
*Looks for the ignore button*
*Can't find it*
This is a stupid board.

I expected something that resembled Raging Earth XD

Nice pic there XD Which one's teh monsta XD

Rocking Rock Decks, I like! This seems to rock the house.

'Leaves the field' obviously includes tributing and Synchro Summoning, that's a thumb's up from me.

It breaks Rock Stun by reusing Rocks, then allows free destruction when they use their effects, setting your opponent back quite a bit.
herp derp I'm gonna say something that the OP designed this card to do and call it cnc

this card can be revealed for guardian and his pals

I'm with Marcher on this. It breaks Rock Stun by reusing Rocks, then allows free destruction when they use their effects, setting your opponent back quite a bit.

This is the Six Sam to Rock Stun.
Absolutely :o I could limit it a little... will think about something to reduce the capabilities.
Also, the ignore button doesn't do posts.
Oh, it does, at least if I watch the thread itself. Sadly, it doesn't do that in this window (Reply to Topic), but I guess I can live with that <_<

Perhaps he didn't think of the Koaki's when he made this, and was only thinking of Dyna.

This is why you need to give more explanation other than "Card is broke herp derp."

I thought specifically of those cards.
Also, changes made.

Wow this monster is cruel. I assume the once per turn was a recent add-on because if it wasn't then this card would destroy souls. I like the effect though its drastically weaker with the once per turn rule you put in. I recommend changing destroy to send that way you can still dodge a Stardust.

Actually, the once per turn was there from the beginning. I changed the Level of the required Summon to 5 (from 4) and to Special Summon only. In addition, I added restrictions (no Tribute, Xyz and Synchro Summon), and finally gave the opponent the choice which card will be destroyed if a Summoned monsters leaves the field.
