[Dark★] Chaos Controller

I need OCG help with this card. The last few effects may be worded weirdly.

Lore: As long as you control this card you cannot Summon monsters. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, destroy any monster Summoned from the Graveyard, Deck, or Extra Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by battle if your opponent controls 3 or more monsters. If a card is sent from the Deck to the Graveyard inflict 200 points of damage to both players Life Points for each card sent to the Graveyard. Your opponent cannot control more than 1 monster of the same Archtype. If your opponent controls more than 1 monster of the same Archtype, destroy all monster of that Archtype and remove from play the top 3 cards from your Deck.

It may be OP'd. Tips would be great on how to balance it if it is. And as said above OCG fixes are appreciated.

I really made it just to cause chaos. It would piss your opponent off if they were running Six Samurai, or any Archtype. But while you control it you can't Summon at all. I think it would be good against a Lightsworn deck....(Does anyone still run those?)

This doesn't seem broken just...bitter...I know it sounds weird but it just sounds like a lot of bad 6 Sam experiences. Therefore this card appears unusable. It has so much archetype hate that it isn't good for anything else making it a side deck card and if I were to side it in I'm just going to give up summoning. Too many failing for my sake.

The picture is epic really fits the name intimidating, strange looking the background just adds that extra flair. OCG I would like to help you in that department I just can't since mines are equal to a noobs so yeah... The effects of the monster everything looks great but some minor problems: "As long as you control this card you cannot Summon monsters." I would remove this since I don't think it's the right drawback for this card can't really describe it but it just doesn't mix well with this card's main effect and I would change "Your opponent cannot control more than 1 monster of the same Archtype. If your opponent controls more than 1 monster of the same Archtype, destroy all monster of that Archtype and remove from play the top 3 cards from your Deck." I would suspect you'll get alot of op'd comments but I think you got something going on here I think this card needs to be reworked if you intend to keep this card being a unique 4-star monster: "If your opponent controls more than 1 monster of the same Archtype, negate the effect(s) of all face-up monsters with the same Archtype. You may discard 2 cards from your hand OR Banish this monster to declare an Archtype, destroy all face-up monster with the declared Archytype. After this effect resolves your opponent draws 1 cards

8.75/10 great ideas with the Archtype. An overall solid card with great upsides.

The card is really, really useful. I don't think the word Archtype has ever been used on a real YGO card, but because of that I cannot say that is wrong OCG. Anyway this card might be a tad OP'ed and could cause a major argument in a duel. I will start with the OP'edness. Nothing to great maybe just raise its level to 5 and then raise its ATK by 100.

Alright on to the other part....

Say someone has Elemental Hero Neos on the field and then Summons out Darkness Neosphere(for an example). Both monster's have Neos in their name, but were made completely separate and not meant to be part of the same archtype. The controller of Chaos Controller could make an argument that they are of the same archtype, due to their "Neos" relation. The user of the E-Hero Neos and Darkness Neosphere could make the argument that they are not technically part of the same archtype.

Don't think I am trying to shoot down your card, because I am not. I really do like this card. I suggest maybe trying to find a better way to say it, but as to that I unfortunately cannot think of anything. Still it is good card and good seriously screw your opponent. One of its effects makes going against Lightsworns dangerous for both players(unless you have Des Wombat on the field). Great Idea.
